4th amendment right ; The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The METRO board meeting is at 9am on 4/26. Come join the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association in telling the METRO board that Houston doesn't want the TSA.

Sheila Jackson Lee in cooperation with Houston Metro Police, TSA, Houston Police Department and Harris County Precinct 7 Deputy Constables are now stating they can randomly search the bags of riders on the Houston Metro System. This is ILLEGAL according to the 4th Amendment of the United States Constitution Bill of Rights. Sheila Jackson Lee should step down immediately. This is an act of Treason towards the American People and our Bill of Rights. The people should demand her immediate resignation. YOU CAN NOT LEGALIZE TYRANNY!
