I have been trying too create a few modular buildings, and i want everything too line up on the grid, the Texture has been made so i can just detatch and then extrude the pieces from a plane, I set the pivot point too a vertex in max and it works, then i export the piece too the UDK and the pivot point is way offset....Can anyone help?
