Using Berklee Self Service

Berklee Self Service is primarily used as our software delivery mechanism - it is also used for housing information pertaining to Student Technology Services.

The Berklee Self Service page is used to download the BLPP software installers. Throughout any academic year, Berklee anticipates that new software and updates to existing software may become available. You can get the latest software installers here.

To download a specific piece of software click on DOWNLOAD.
Make sure to read the prompt and then click DOWNLOAD again.
Berklee Self Service will begin downloading the Software Installer to the "Installers" folder located on your computer. You can view the download progress in the "In Progress" page.
*Note that download times may very depending on what type of network you're on.
You may want to start downloading software when you plan on leaving your computer idle for an extended period of time.

There will be a shortcut to the "Installers" folder located in your dock. You can also access it by going to:

Macintosh HD/Users/Shared/Installers

Berklee Self Service is also used for housing information pertaining to Student Technology Services. This Includes:

Getting Help page, includes the SCSC Support Request Form through email and the ability to Book An Appointment, which is used to make an in person appointment with an SCSC support consultant.

Student Computer Support Centers YouTube Channel, which contains tutorials on how to register and install software as well as other computer technology based tutorials.

Berklee Learning Center page, which is used to sign up for training sessions at the Learning Center.
