The original Bretton Woods conference of world leaders created the global economic framework still in place today.The one that took place over the weekend put on by the Institute for New Economic Thinking -- a think tank bankrolled by billionaire investor George Soros - brought together some of the economic elite to take it apart and talk about how to make a new one. So where is the global economy, and specifically the United States headed now?
