You Are What You Eat:
I heard you are what you eat
That's why I start my day off with a bowl of freshness for breakfast
And I drink an attitude punch for lunch
And I eat a cool guy demeanor for dinner

I heard you are what you eat
If that's the case
I must have swallowed Phillipians 4:13
Because I realize
All things are possible through who Christ strentghen me
And I must have ate Reggie Savage
And spit out his mouth a twin personality
And when I was a kid
I must have choked on some hard times
Cause I grew up in the struggle like J.J. from Good Times

I heard you are what you eat
If that's the case my mom must have ate alone
Cause every day my daddy was gone
Infact he must have sucked on some cocaine candy cane
Because now he's addicted to more than just mary jane
And my brothers must have ate a pair of gym shoes and concrete
Because now they love to run the Street

I heard you are what you eat.
If that's the case then I won't eat off of that plate of been there
And I won't drink out of that cup of done that
Instead I'll just eat ME
Because I am what I eat.
