We're on the precipice of a transition from centralized production and global distribution to localized production and localized consumption. Think about what they're doing in Barcelona right now with their commitment to not only produce their food, but to produce every resource that is used in that city in that city. Granted, it may take them fifty to one hundred years but the very idea that they can tap into 3D printers, local farming techniques, so many of the dynamics that are at play right now whether it's in our universities or inside of our research laboratories and integrate them into a shattering of the global production and resource system is at our doorstep. If Barcelona can do it, the world can do it. Can you do it?
