Kettlebell Meet The Queens

Funk Roberts demonstrates the Kettlebell Meet the Queens great for buns, thighs and ad/abductors. Works muscles that your body seldom uses, as this is a motion that is not performed daily. You are going to target all of your supporting muscles in the lower body.

Extended curtsie exercise. Make sure to use the back leg to drive up to the start position. Exhale on the way up. Do not drag the back leg. Add this to your leg workout weekly and watch that butt firm up.

Start the exercise without the weight, so you get the proper movement, if needed

Perform 3 sets - 10 reps per side
You can substitute a dumbbell for the kettlebell
