Welcome to our new video-blog, The Big Deal, where we evaluate a recent acquisition, providing some behind-the-scenes analysis of how we got it over the line, who the buyer was and why we think it was a good buy.
Our first deal was a Service Station in Cirencester, an attractive Cotswolds town, which is let for over 10 years partly to Co-op Food and partly Travelodge Hotels. The lot size was ca. £5m, reflecting an attractive yield of ca. 6% for what is a very secure, mixed investment.
