If you're like me, you are dealing with dry ends. If you use any type of heat appliance at all, a curling iron or hot curlers to help define your curls, you need to spray your hair with a heat protectant before you use any heat. Here's how it works: Blow dry or diffuse your hair (or let it dry naturally.) Then before you use any hot rollers or curling iron spray your hair with a heat protecting spray. Make sure it is about three or four inches away from your scalp. It provides a barrier for your hair and adds shine.
