A Donald Trump supporter uses pepper spray on an anti-Trump protester near the San Diego Convention Center, following a 2pm Donald Trump rally. The spraying incident was not random — it immediately followed a confrontation between the two groups, that I didn't witness. Fights, arguments and scuffles were occurring throughout the area, moments before the San Diego Police Department issued a dispersal order.
