The BEST Warm Up For Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers. It was specifically created to help me as a kicker/punter to activate the muscles I needed to succeed as a specialist.

Some of these work outs are advanced versions of what you may do with your High School or College team already. Even if you are able to use a few of these in your warm up; I believe it will help you become a better kicker/punter/snapper. Almost every specialist I train that uses this routine, claims to performed better after warming up with this.
