Frozen Mac OS X Lion over iMac 27" 3.4GHz i7 with 16GB RAM, 2GB Graphics & 2TB HD

My Super New 27" iMac i7 with 3.4GHz having 16GB of Crucial Memory, 2GB GDDR5 Graphics, 2TB of 7200 RPM HD has been terribly freezing time and again since I upgraded with OS X Lion. The only way to get rid of it is to SHUT DOWN the iMac and TURN ON again. There is no way the FROZEN STATE is resolved. If you have been experiencing the same issue while surfing the net or working around with APPs, let all of us know the issues discussing here or you may freely shoot FIXES as well.
