Short, silly stick figure doodle animation more or less spoofing a scene in Mary Renault's The Persian Boy. Born of sleep deprivation and love for manskirts. 'twas fun to make, but I got a bit lazy with the animation toward the end, and kind of forgot where I was going with it... And I planned to add Cassander, but never figured out how to fit him in. Oh well. You can never go wrong with manskirts.

Passage of The Persian Boy that I found so entertaining a spoof was inevitable:

--"I have been thinking, in one's own kingdom one should look less like a stranger."
His words delighted me. The wind was whistling round the tent. "I can tell you, my lord, in this weather you'll be much warmer in trousers."
"Trousers?" he said, staring at me in horror, as if I had proposed he paint himself blue all over.----The Persian Boy, Mary Renault.

Ahaha... such a wonderful scene.

Made in Jasc Animation Shop and converted to 'real video' format and titles added in Windows Movie Maker. Love to the GIF movies.

By the way, there is no sound.

Dedicated to Mizu, Inu, and all my other manskirt-loving friends.
