Prepare a delightful dish of healthy Amira Good Health Brown Basmati using: 2 cups Amira Good first-class Health Brown Basmati 1 carrot grated,1 bunch of spinach, washed and roughly chopped,1 onion,3 cloves Of minced garlic,1 tbsp pepper powder,, salt to taste 5 cups of water or vegetable stock, 2tbsp oil
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic and fry till translucent .add spinach and grated Carrot and sauté for few minutes.
