Dynamic Effort Lower Body Workout for 05/22/2012. Started off with 18" safety squat bar box squats with Iron Woody #4 fitness bands (145lbs of band tension). Working sets were 280lbs for eight sets of three. Then safety squat bar step-ups to a 24" box. Lifts were 90x11/10,100x10/10 and 115x10/10 (PR+10lbs). Finished up with body-weight glute ham raises for 5x12. SSB by Westside Barbell.
