On the topic of captains and dictators

I felt really awful about how I did against Alcott a few videos ago so I decided to go up against one of the most annoying bosses I have. Normally I take forever to beat him but this was my first try.

Vega II is an absolute prick but he's got a few flaws. His AI takes a little while to activate, so I got to pound him to oblivion in the first round. He also never uses Psycho Shot or any of his EX moves so I'm probably pretty lucky there. Then again the real luck was the fact that he didn't abuse his blockstring infinite on me. At least that can only happen in the corner so yeah.
