At the age of 19, Natalie led a team of nine people, working with street kids, across the Philippines and Colombia. At the age of 22 she was a political journalist and activist for human rights in Palestine.

At the age of 24 she was a Parliamentary speech writer for Labour politicians in West-minster, London and at 27 she entered the world of business. Now, in her early 40s she is the Founder and CEO of The Entheo Network, an international leadership and innovation company that works with businesses to unlock the potential of people to
create value out of new ideas.
