In 1997 DJ Wayne G and journalist Stewart Who recorded a dance record called "Twisted". The success of this single led to an international tour, taking them to Australia, Rome Pride, White Party Palm Springs, on board a gay Caribbean cruise and to Fire Island NY. The film follows them on their relentless journey through the international gay party scene. Using frank video diaries, it's an honest account of their close friendship, Wayne's increasing health problems and the drugs and alcohol fueling their life on the road. With an original pumping soundtrack and featuring some of the most stunning club footage ever committed to film, 'Twisted' covers subjects as diverse as cancer, cocaine-abuse, anti-Catholicism, champagne, thrush, gay murder fantasies and climaxes with a dance mix of 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow'. Warning: 'Don't try this at home'.
