During Week 1 of Spring Harvest @ Minehead, 50 young people & youth workers from the iScape & Distinctive youth programmes boarded the steam train to Watchet to come and help young people and volunteers from local churches serve the community.
Teams got involved in car washing, gardening and litter picking in Watchet itself, plus giving away chocolate eggs to passers by on the sea front. Other teams headed for Williton and as well as handing out chocolate eggs to shoppers and passers by they visited Croft House Care Home and sang to the residents.
Fantastic to be partnering with Spring Harvest and Diocese of Bath & Wells Go Team as well as with our friends in the other local churches here in Watchet & Williton. Thanks too to the Onion Collective and West Somerset Railway for your support.
