Hi everyone!!!! I just got home from having a wonderful night with great friends for my birthday :):) Thank you all for the birthday wishes! :) Freddy even shared one of my real time videos on his fb page for my birthday!! :) That absolutely made my day! :)

I decided to do both Lisa-Marie's workout and then Sean's...you do not have to do that...it was tough! You can do either or, or if you want do both :)

Workout Breakdown: Set your interval timer for 12 rounds 10 seconds rest, 50 seconds work.

1) Walking pushup with Jump Tuck
2) Get Ups with weight
3) Ugi Side Plank Pick Up- Using The Ugi ball or floor with weight
4) Core Balance Using The BodyRock Equalizer or chair

Sean's Workout Breakdown: Complete 2 rounds 25 reps each exercise (200 reps)

1) Switch Lunges using the Pink Sandbag or weight
2) Burpee's
3) Switch Lunges using the Pink Sandbag weight
4) Diamond PushUp
