They took out the 2nd verse of "Forever Young", too.  It's sad when lyrics are so meaningful and they get axed.

Well...thanks for those very nice words about Canada!
Sophia Keller
I believe it's their Canadian roots that gave them their uniqueness.  Canada is as deeply a part of North America as the US, in some ways more so.  Most of early North American history crosses through both countries, which were not separate at that time.  They share a venerable heritage -- and Canada seems to have kept hold of that early spirit better than its southern neighbor. (I am not Canadian but grew up near the Niagara border).  Regards, Sophia

Rick Danko was born to sing this song. NOBODY can do it justice like he did. A singer and song made for each other. He was so special and layed back. No big ego. He just loved people & entertaining their fans. RIP Rick..

Robbie gets a ton of crap from Band fans...and some of it well deserved....But good lord was he a BEAUTIFUL guitar player.   Outrageously spectacular actually in an understated way.   Especially on this.

hailtheblackdragons I have major issues with RR but I'll always give him credit where due and yes he's a brilliant writer and player.
