Fun fact: Tim Curry really wanted a bite of that excellent sesame cake, but Delroy Lindo was having none of it. As a result of their improvisation, we now have this genius scene forever immortalized in the film Congo.

I have no idea why they put this scene in the film, but for some reason it's fucking hilarious.

It was actually an improvisation. Tim Curry actually really wanted some of the delicious sesame cake, but Delroy Lindo was having none of that. As a result, we have one of the most unintentionally hilarious moments in film history.

You know a movie is special when Delroy Lindo is the hammiest guy in the room, and Tim Curry and Ernie Hudson are there too.
