Double 16kg or 24kg Kettlebell:
1) Swing
2) Clean
3) Squat (deep)
4) Press
5) Man Maker with renegade row variation

Perform complex 5 or more times.
30s-1min rest
Repeat circuit

Do as many circuits as possible with good form in 20 minutes for a full body complete strength and conditioning workout.
