This super easy bread is made almost entirely of eggs and flaxseed meaning all the carbs in it come from fiber!! SO its incredibly low glycemic AND paleo...(this is more like eating a veg than a bread in terms of impact on the body) PLUS Flax seeds have SOOO MANY great benefits for the body. Its CHALK FULL of Omega 3 fatty acids (which help fight inflammation). IF YOU ARE EATING PALEO OR LOW CARB and have been missing BREAD, I swear NOTHING will beat this recipe... Try it out and lemme know what you think!
-1/3 cup, oil or neutral oil -1/4 cup water -5 large eggs -1tsp baking soda -1/2 tsp Salt - 2 cups GROUND FLAX SEED (ADD LAST)
Stir together throughly, bake at 350 for 15-20 mins
