At 4:30 a.m. in March, 21-Year-Old Duncan Socrates Lemp was killed by police while in his bedroom with his girlfriend at his parent's Maryland home. The police had a no-knock warrant, meaning they were allowed to enter into the house without warning. Police say Duncan was believed to have possession of a firearm, despite being a "prohibited person." They say when the SWAT team entered his bedroom, he reached for a gun and therefore was killed by police. But eyewitness accounts tell a different story. His parents and his girlfriend, all home while this occurred, say Duncan was shot through the window while sleeping. Police refused to release body-cam footage, which should clear the department of any wrongdoing (so where's the evidence!?). Michael Malice joins Glenn to discuss the story, to explain why all Americans -- and especially conservatives -- should be worried about the escalation of police force used throughout society, and how even the Soviet Union's KGB knocked on the door of dissidents when conducting arrests.
