Be sure if you are running this drill for time testing you use the same hand on the first two cone touches.

If you want to make it to the next level in football you have to excel at the NFL Combine tests. If your times are bad then obviously you look bad. NFL Combine testing is not the only place you will be tested. College Football has become more and more competitive in the last decade and agility testing often shows who the best athletes are. Better athletes get the bigger scholarships so it is important to work hard at agility testing. It will make you faster, more agile, and help your chances of reaching your goals.




All three cones are 5 yards a part. Watch the video so that you know which angles to take to have the fastest times for the 3 cone drill. Work hard and smart with kbands to train like you compete.

Make sure to train to the left and the right.
