Cross country MTBs are designed to be fast when the trail points upwards, with their low front ends, short travel suspension and lightweight frames they’re climbing thoroughbreds. Even with a slack head angle, long travel and considerable weight, can the raw power of an E bike make up the difference?
Steve takes two very different bikes up into the climbs around lake Garda and pits them, and himself, against some pretty tough climbs. See which bike comes out on top, or even reaches the top for that matter. Let us know what you think in the comments below!
