February 10, 2012. Graham, WA. Families of the Silver Creek Community in Puyallup held a bake sale at the Graham Fire and Rescue Silver Creek, Gem Heights fire station friday afternoon and evening. The community turnout was very impressive with a long line wrapping around the fire station at times. Excellent cookies and cupcakes were provided by giving neighbors. All that was asked was a donation of any size to be given to the Cox family to help ease the pain caused by the ugly, evil, horrific event of February 5th. From that horror the healing has begun. The bake sale was schedule from 4PM to 8PM. The response to the event was so great that the baked goods sold out by 7PM. Rest in Peace Charlie and Braden.
