The Allstate National Catastrophe Team often positions Mobile Claims Centers (MCCs) at convenient locations to assist our policyholders. At the MCC you can meet with catastrophe personnel, get answers to your claim questions and file a claim against your Allstate policy.
These self-contained mobile claims offices are equipped with generators, satellite technology and high-speed internet connectivity so Allstate's National Catastrophe Team can provide policyholders claim support in areas hardest hit by the storms and tornadoes.
The Team has a fleet of Mobile Claim Centers that can be sent to severely damaged areas to service policyholders affected by catastrophic events. These units are custom designed motor homes that range in length from 32' to 39'. These units are equipped with workspaces, satellite phones, computer jacks, data lines, as well as fax machines and copiers. At the Mobile Claim Centers policyholders can file their claims, get answers to their claim questions, and during significantly damaging events they may be able to receive claim funds to help them with additional living expenses on covered losses.
By visiting a Mobile Claims Center, Allstate customers will be able to start the claims process and ask questions about their claim.
Allstate policyholders whose homes or automobiles have been damaged or destroyed by the recent tornadoes can contact Allstate by calling 1-800-54-STORM, visiting a Mobile Claims Center, or logging onto http://www.allstate.com.
