The final of three videos for facilitators of Conversations for Change. This video talks about how to share your own experience of mental distress in a safe and helpful way, if you choose to do so when facilitating this resource. Conversations for Change is a NZ youth resource, made up of five activities to be used with groups of young people aged 15-24 to challenge stigma and discrimination related to mental health, and encourage helpseeking and social inclusion.
