"Evening" (written by Sara Niemietz and W.G. Snuffy Walden)

Hi there! Welcome to the video for my song, "Evening."
It's inspired by a bunch of things: namely my subconscious zeal for T.S. Eliot's work and time spent in New York.
It's been a labor of love and something I'm excited to share.
Hope you like it!

Gratitude to Snuffy for making this tune with me!
Shouts of joy to George Landress for mixing.
Cheers to George Doering for being a part of this.
Thanks to Jake and Julien for the video magic.

(Produced by W.G. Snuffy Walden and Sara Niemietz at Taylor Made Studios.)

In the corner of the evening,
When there's not a soul around.
If you close your eyes and listen,
You will hear a funny sound.

As it calls across the darkness,
Past the break of distant shores,
It will cut across the silence;
Break the locks upon your doors.

And as the music starts to sway,
All at once, it will take you away.

When the music's all around you,
There's no hope for a retreat.
You'll surrender to the rhythm,
Disappear into the beat.
