As you guys know I have been doing the One Punch Man workout, split into 2 days - one day I run, the next day I do the strength part (sits, squats, pushups). However, I also need to stretch in between the workouts, to prevent my muscles becoming too tight, which will cause damage in the long run. So I use this Yoga app. In this video I also show how to use it.
