Pole: Jumps 1 and 2 are on a 14 135 gripping 11'10, Jumps 3,4,and 5 were 13 135 gripping at 11'10-12'
Bungee at 14 throughout the video
All jumps were 4 lefts from 51' except the second which was a 3 from 36'10.
I am 5'9-137lbs
I am just getting back into pole vaulting after an injury. However for the last long while before i was injured I did strictly 3 and 4 steps to work on technique. This has led to the problem I have now where I do not hold my drive long enough, and rock back as soon as I take off. I think it is partially due to me not pushing up but rather forward with my arms.

What I think of my jumps
Jump 1: shows the problem, Takeoff feels good but I end up rocking back way to early which is why i don't penetrate and fall down on the bungee.
Jump 2: 3 step so no bend, I tried to delay the swing which kind of worked but it is hard from a 3 step to hold it too long. Inversion felt good but I wasn't really focusing on that.
Jump 3: Lighter pole, more confidence on the runway led to me holding my drive a little, but I still let my hips come forward way to early. Swing was good but nothing really in the top end not that I was thinking about it.
Jump 4: This was better. I held the hips back until i started the swing. It could be better but it was the best so far. I got distracted at the top so bailed out but nbd.
Jump 5: I think the best of the day. The hips still came through early but it was just because my bottom arm collapsing so it was a lot closer.

Please critique me. I would love any advice from anybody as I would really like to fix this problem. Or if any of you had the same problem could you tell me how you worked at fixing it?
