There are a lot of enterprise conferencing products, but ViVu sets itself apart by working inside your browser and supporting multiple users with video, slides and more.

ViVu changes the model by creating a participative video conferencing solution that helps the host create a large event and allow the viewers to collaborate.

According to Sudha Valluru, CEO of ViVu, their strength is in their ability to manage large scale conferences powered by cloud computing, which provides the ability to scale up their system on demand without the need to build up a large infrastructure.

The company employs a model of software as a service (SaaS), permitting clients to purchase a license to host an event of varying size.

A hosting license allows a person to "host an unlimited number of meetings a month with up to 25 people per event," said Jon Lunetta, director of sales and marketing at ViVu.

The company also has an enterprise level option with 10 host licenses, allowing a host to have up to 250 participants.

For hosts who will only use the service occasionally, ViVu has an on demand model based on a tiered structure for pricing to tailor-fit the needs of the client.

The company has created a video-on-demand solution that can allow viewers to scroll through the archived video. If a user clicks on a point halfway through, the system synchronizes the Twitter feed, chat and slides to the moment in the video, showing the user what transpired at that time.

Scalable video conferencing with full archive support allows ViVu to take enterprise communication to new levels.
