I'm trying this diet. I'm on day 3. I found out after I started it that it's supposedly awesful for you and it's extremely low calorie and not nutritionally sound. Oh well.. I started it so I'm finishing it. it tastes good and there's nothing wrong with eating vegetables.
Sacred Heart Medical Diet ingredients:
1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes 3 plus large green onions 1 large can of beef broth (no fat) 1 pkg. Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle) 1 bunch of celery 2 cans green beans 2 lbs. Carrots 2 Green Peppers
