Tutorial 5: Fiber Visualization
The DTITool features a score of fiber visualization options, which aim to enhance the information provided to the user. These options include several different coloring methods, fast GPU-based lighting and shadows, and different 3D fiber shapes. In this video, we highlight the most common visualization options.
NOTE: Due to changes in the design of the GUIs, these videos are no longer up-to-date. The general workflow, however, is still the same. Please visit the site for the latest version of the tool.
