don't stop watching the video during the first 30 seconds! ... the 'true', commented video starts later :-) ... the first 30 seconds shows how bad video streaming could go in a MANET without the support of good networking, which is what the video is about. A methematicl model is used to adaptively control the positions of a few mobile robots specifically devoted to act as network relays for the other robots, the "mission" robots. The scenario is designed after typical search and rescue scenario.
