I originally was going to do Slim in 6, but I got busy and had a week long Boy Scout camp in mid-June. So I started P90x AND the Atkins diet on June 5th. I have used the Atkins with success in the past to lose weight, but this time I wanted to get in shape as well.
Starting weight was 214 lbs. Measurements
