President Bill Clinton talks about the importance of working together and making a commitment to protecting the environment and fighting climate change. He made his remarks during the July 17, 2013, ceremony to name the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency headquarters building in Washington, D.C., in his honor -- the William Jefferson Clinton Federal Building.
