A tutorial in the inner technique of Drawn Processing. The video covers the basics of the technique, and walks through an example session, where feelings come up and get worked through.
This video is for those who want to know the in's and outs of this technique and want to try it out themselves. So, for instance, if you want an additional tool in your life for working through feelings, emotions, thoughts, troubles, any kind of burden you may be experience, stress, fears, etc - this technique may help you.
Drawn Processing can be a general tool for inner well-being, something you can use when you're feeling bad, or for, say, internal exploration and working towards a clearer sense and understanding of the truth, such as of yourself or your inner or outer reality. I'd say it's a versatile technique I tend to use almost on a daily basis, and I hope this tutorial helps make it clearer how to use this technique for yourself, too.
