Two months Puerto-Rican-Plena Music- and-Dance Workshop for the community at Villa Victoria Center for the Arts, South End, Boston, lead by Jorge Arce. Sponsored by IBA, Inc. and Community Arts Advocates, Inc. May through June, 2013. It culminated in a Community Street-Parade with participants, and Community and Stage performance at Betances Festival byh Jorge Arce's band Raiz de Plena. The background song: "¡Bailala!" (Dance the Plena! (Rafael Concepción, PR ©2006)) was arranged musically by Jorge Arce and recorded by Jorge Arce & Raíz de Plena at Rancho Studio, Worcester, MA, April, 2012.
