Ingredients - 250 gm green onion 1 onion 2 green chillies 1 inch ginger 1 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste For paratha: 2 bowls wheat flour 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste
Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, water and make a dough out of it For the stuffing of the paratha mix the green onions with ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and mix well. On the dough roundals place the stuffing and roll out round parathas. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of oil on either sides. Serve hot
