Also, Josh, since you only have one leg, in order for you to keep your balance while standing without your crutches, you engage your abs more than a normal two legged person.

Unless you're a racist? Josh I'm just re-watching all of your videos right now and when you said the aforementioned statement, it seems that you implied that all racists are of white color. That is a false statement. I'm not hating on you right now but more along the lines of venting. How come everyone says that only whites are racist. How is it socially acceptable for blacks to say some words while it's completely inappropriate for whites? I don't understand. Anyway, I just wanted to vent. I love your videos and thanks again for the personal vlog!

Good food for losing fat would be olive oil, salmon (high oil and fat is okay and sometimes good for you as long as it's natural, otherwise your body won't know how to process it and you'll end up putting on more pounds), oolong tea, green tea (or jasmine green tea, good for your metabolism), bananas, honey, dark chocolate (healthy natural sugar), pineapples, lemon/lime, oranges (pretty much anything with low pH, the acids will work in cooperation with the acids in your stomach and strengthen your digestive system). Lost 11 pounds in a month and a half.
