The Catholic social teaching principle of Solidarity is about recognising others as our brothers and sisters and actively working for their good. In our connected humanity, we are invited to build relationships - whakawhanaunatanga - to understand what life is like for others who are different from us. Caritas Aotearoa New Zealand has focused on the experiences of students from Marian College and Catholic Cathedral College who participated in the Caritas Challenge.

Thank you to: The staff and students at Marian College and Cathedral College Christchurch,
In particular: Katie Stevenson, Luke Sutton and Antje Duda; Footage from the day of Caritas Challenge over 4-5 April 2014 provided by Luke Sutton; Produced by Vertical Studios for Caritas Aotearoa New Zealand 2014; Graphic Design by Miranda Lees.
