Today’s recipe is a small yet mighty the Grilled Vege Sandwich. I looked for recipes that vegetarian and non-vegetarian both would enjoy, as well. One of the things that attracted me to this sandwich was the use of basil pesto sauce. The mushrooms are so “meaty” and satisfying! 🙂 If you are non-vegetarian? Just adds the baked meat. That has a lot of flavors and it is a simple and quick recipe that can be made for breakfast, a brunch.
