How to set up a dazzle tutorial, real easy. Make sure you have a computer that is close enough to your console or at least so your dazzle can reach both. THIS WORKS WITH ANY CONSOLES USING AV OUTPUT CABLES.

How to set up:
1.plug your dazzle into your computer via usb

2.connect splitters into dazzle. (remember which slot is which, white, red, yellow.)

3. connect your consoles AV cables into the splitters matching the correct colors and make sure the other end of the cable is plugged into your console.

4.plug in your double ended AV cable by plugging one side into the splitters matching the correct color and then plug the other side into the back of your TV, again, matching each cord into the correct matching color.

5.if you have an hdmi cable plugged into your ps3 hold down the power button until it beeps twice. (you can also change the output setting under display settings once you have started your console.) IF YOU ARE IN HIGH-DEF YOU CAN'T RECORD.

6.start up "pinnacle studio" software (comes with dazzle). Once loaded go to IMPORT at the top of the screen next to EDIT and MAKE MOVIE. A screen should come up. At the left of the screen under IMPORT FROM select your dazzle. Your tv screen should then appear with whatever your console is displaying. To record just click on START CAPTURE at the bottom right corner of the screen.

What you will need:

3 wire splitters.

1 double ended av-cable.

your consoles av-cable.

Any dazzle video recorder.

The av cables and splitter you can find at any radioshack. You console should come with its av-cable. And you can order A dazzle online for around $40-80. I recomend the "dazzle plus, hd" but any dazzle will work.

Works with, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, PS1, Nintendo 64. Maybe more i just haven't tried any but those.
