In this example we make a sequence alignment between Uniprot sequences and PDB sequences. The resulting alignment is linked therefore you can select a region in the alignment and it will be propagated to the 3D molecules and vice-versa. The alignment can be edited using the cursor keys.

When autoplay is enabled, a suggested video will automatically play next.
