In this demo the volunteer has an issue with smoking and wants to quit. The therapist is using Thought Field Therapy as a way to help this patient quit smoking. Thought Field Therapy or TFT was developed by Dr. Callahan who was one of the first energy psychologists. TFT is probably the best known technique of energy psychology among psychologists themselves.
