I played a perfect game and earned a Perfection Metal. Didn't die once. I did panic at the end though, I kind of broke ranks.
When in doubt, put your back to a wall. No one can sneak up on you, they can 'halo' in from above, but never behind.
But here you see a perfect example of double attacks, strategic fallbacks (run away!), misdirection, covering multiple battlefronts, and the importance of being able to play any weapon on the map. In the midpoint, good use of sight-lines, hiding just out of enemy sight, behind a wall or corner.
There are sniping kills, designated marksman rifle headshot kills, shotgun kills, frag and sticky grenade kills and good old fashioned shotgun/pistol whipping.
What's bad is I was trying to just 'wing' some of the players, and not kill them, so my teammates could. There's a couple times I shot someone once, and then walked off, only to notice my teammates didn't finish them off, so I cleaned them up.
When negotating any enemy, one should always stay put and hidden. (This belies; there are no aircraft or motion/heat detection in this game so long as you're crouched.) An unseen L-shaped ambush is always best. If they see you -- you have to move; sweep the area, use cover formation with someone watching behind you, and go along the outside of the map, from cover to cover.
