Aqui les dejo una ensalda que mi padre hacia todos los sabados por la manana. El iba al pueblo comprar pan para hacer un sandwich de gazpacho. Esta receta tiene muchas propiedades muy buenas para nuestra piel por ejemplo contiene azufre que es muy bueno para nuestra piel. No solo se come en verano tambien se puede comer en invierno y puedes agregarle mas cosas a tus gusto. Buen Provecho!

Here I leave you a recipe salad that my father used to make every saturday morning in my country Puerto Rico. He used to go to the supermarket to buy bread to make this delicious salad. This recipe has many properties that are very good for our skin for example contains sulfur which is very good for our skin. Not only is eaten in summer time you can eat it in the winter and can add more things to your tastes.... Bon appetit!

1 big avocado(4 small one)
1 pimiento verde(opcional)
